We started in 2007 by leaving one company and walking into another where everything was in place. We already had with a very strong client base and staff, and were operating at full capacity. Then, a few years ago, there was a restructuring and management change that opened up additional capacity. After going almost 10 years with no sales and marketing, we now had the desire to grow and invest in our company. We spoke to some marketing agencies, some local, some not. Then we bumped into Terry at an AVG event, and much of what he said resonated with me and aligned with my priorities.
Delivering a Seamless Caller Experience
The cost for Marketopia’s services was totally in line and the flexibility to have a part-time caller was really important. The only surprise I’ve had is, when I arrive, prospects expect to see Sophia with me at the initial meeting. That’s how seamless the caller experience is—they really see her as a member of my team.

I’m very satisfied with the frequency of appointments. I started with zero leads and, since partnering with Marketopia, I consistently get four qualified appointments a month. While it may not sound like a lot, I feel like that’s a really strong number, especially given they’re well qualified. In addition to my caller, the website responsiveness, performance and content is fantastic. The real strength is the analytics—being able to see all the data in a big picture format was critical. I participate in every sales training and mastermind. As far as the monthly campaigns are concerned, you’re always unsure if content someone else is creating will be written correctly, use the right terms and adhere to grammar rules but Marketopia’s email campaigns and collateral are right on target.
