About the role
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join an amazing, growing company in the exciting, high-growth world of IT marketing. Our culture promotes one-on-one coaching as well as structured team development. The ideal candidate is ambitious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, friendly and customer-focused, with high energy, a willingness to learn, and creativity.
As a Prospect Engagement Consultant, you'll prospect with potential clients who might be interested in our clients' products or services. - Regularly exceed the performance metrics and goals set by management
- Maintain and build relationships with new and existing prospects, qualifying them to generate appointments and build a strong network
- Build a natural funnel using company-provided tools
- Identify availability on an e-calendar and schedule meetings for the client's sales team
- Multitask comfortably across different systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of sales and calling activity in our CRM
- Communicate effectively by phone and email
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent — a college degree, or currently pursuing one, preferred
- Experience in customer service, B2B/B2C sales, retail, hospitality or a related field
- A track record of high achievement
- Solid verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills — and, oh, amazing grammar
- Comfort with computer applications (Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, web browsing, research)
Growing from here
There's a defined path from Level 3 to Level 4, based on consistently hitting the KPI metrics for your level over a sustained period. You'll get one-on-one coaching and structured team development along the way.
