Become a GROW Reseller PartnerSign the MSP Master Participation Agreement once. From that point forward you receive Vendor Notifications as new vendors join — no additional signatures required per vendor. Just complete vendor training in TGM and register your first deal to activate.
Register a deal in TGM before vendor engagement and you are designated Partner of Record on that account for 6 months. No other MSP can claim commission on that account during the protection period.
You set your own client-facing price. Mark up above the MSP wholesale price quoted in the Vendor Notification. The spread is yours — in addition to your commission. Bundle vendor solutions with your managed services at your standard margin.
Residual commissions stack across your client base. One $24,000 annual vendor contract at 20% residual generates $4,800/year. Ten accounts like that generates $48,000/year — before you've added a single new client.
Active GROW Partners in good standing may be eligible for discounts of up to 50% on other Marketopia programs including AI Digital Outbound. Eligibility based on active participation and quarterly slot availability.
Vendors in the GROW ecosystem can elect to subsidize your Marketopia program investment during a proof period. Qualify by meeting five engagement commitments and your program cost may be significantly reduced.
The minimum requirement is the Teach & Enable program. This gives you access to The Growth Machine (TGM) — the platform where all deal registrations, commission tracking, and vendor management lives.

As new vendors join the GROW ecosystem, Marketopia sends you a Vendor Notification — a one-page document describing the vendor's products, commission rate, payment terms, and deal protection period. No signature required to receive them.
Complete vendor training in TGM before representing any vendor's solutions. Then register your deals in TGM to activate Partner of Record protection. Deal Registration is what protects your commission and prevents channel conflict.
Set your client-facing price. Sell the solution. Collect your commission — paid directly by the vendor within 30 days of them receiving end-client payment. Track everything in TGM.
Pre-vetted technology vendors across AI, cybersecurity, SaaS, and advisory categories — solutions your clients already need. Commission rates start at 7.5% and vary by vendor. Full details in each Vendor Notification.
Every vendor in the ecosystem has signed a CGaaS Program Agreement with Marketopia — meaning they're committed to supporting MSP partners with sales resources, technical support within 1 business day, and commission payments within 30 days of receiving end-client payment.
Resell Marketopia's own programs to your end user business clients. Marketopia is a vendor in the ecosystem — we sell growth solutions the same way other vendors sell technology solutions. You introduce your clients to Marketopia. We sell and service them. You earn the same commission structure as any vendor reseller.

GROW Vendor Sponsors may elect to subsidize your Marketopia program investment as a GROW Vendor Sponsorship — meaning your monthly program cost is reduced or eliminated during a proof period. This is not a contractual entitlement — it is extended based on vendor budget availability, your qualification status, and quarterly slot capacity.
Meet all five commitments and your Marketopia program may be substantially funded by the vendors you represent. Marketopia will provide 30 days written notice before any pricing adjustment resulting from a sponsorship status change.
Commit to a written 12-month revenue growth goal of at least 10% and share it with your Marketopia Growth Consultant
Attend a minimum of 8 GROW Community sessions per year across virtual peer groups, Springboards, GROWCON, and community events
Maintain an active TGM pipeline with at least one open opportunity updated within the last 30 days — and attend monthly pipeline reviews with your Growth Consultant
Uphold the Go-Giver Pledge — help other GROW Community members through at least one introduction, referral, or resource share per quarter
Become an authorized reseller for at least one GROW Vendor per quarter and execute at least one co-branded campaign per represented vendor through TGM
